X2/Aspen FAQs - Accessing the Parent Portal

What is X2/Aspen?

Aspen is a Student Information Management System created by the X2 Development Corporation. The Haverhill Public School District uses Aspen to manage student information including grading, scheduling, attendance, discipline, and other data. Parents can loginto Aspen to view information about their children.

I have no received a username and password - how would I go upon getting one?

You can email us directly at portalsupport@haverhill-ps.org and we will email you your username and password. Please be sure to include your child's name, school, grade level, date of birth, along with your name in the request. If you have more than one child, you only need to send a single request, listing all your children's information.

How do I setup my computer to access Aspen?

Aspen may be accessed with any internet connected computer. You can just use just about any web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc). You will need to enable pop-ups in any and all pop up blockers you have installed to allow pop ups from https://ma-haverhill.myfollett.com/aspen/logon.do

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you did not setup the security to your login and you have forgotten your password, please email us at portalsupport@haverhill-ps.org and we will reset your password and send you your new password. If you setup your security questions and your email address as per log in instructions, you can click 'forgot password' and a new password will be email to you.

What information can I access through Aspen?

You, as a parent/guardian, can you your login to securely access the information for your child from just about anywhere. With Aspen, you can access:

Family contact and emergency information
Attendance information
Student Schedule Information

Is my child's information secure?

Aspen protects your student's information with the same advanced technology your bank uses to protect your financial accounts. Rest assured that all Aspen users only have access to information they need, and nothing more. We have carefully configured the system to ensure tat your student's information is confidential and can only be retrieved by the parent/guardian and authorized school personnel.

How do I access the System?

You can log on to Aspen's Family Portal from any computer that is connected to the internet. This lets you access the system from anywhere - your home and your office. Follow the easy steps below to access your child's information on Aspen.
