Complete the appropriate registration application below and upload ALL required documents. Enrollment is not complete until all the required documents are provided and validated.
NOTE: Enrollment for Moody Preschool is by Lottery Only – DO NOT COMPLETE THE APPLICATION below unless you are instructed to do so. If selected, you will be notified to complete registration forms and a screening by our Moody preschool clerks.

Students applying for Haverhill High School must have a Transcript or final report card from their previous school to meet with a Guidance Counselor before they are enrolled.
