How can parents prevent an emergency situation?

The Haverhill Public Schools’ Discovery Club (grades 1-8) and Access 21 (grades 9-12) before & after school programs are made possible through federal 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) and State Afterschool and Out of School Time (ASOST) grants that are administered by the MA Department of Education.

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 states: No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance. 20 USC §1681.
